Ingredients:
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse rice and drain.
- In a pot, combine rice, coconut milk, water, salt, and sugar.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes before fluffing.
- Serve with curries or grilled meats.
