Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 chicken thighs (or breast), diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic.
- Add chicken, season with paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden.
- Stir in rice and mix well.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes, fluff, and serve.
